A Healthy You

This page is dedicated to all things nutritious and delicious. Here I share yummy, healthy recipes for all the family that I think you’ll love; explore the world of ‘super foods’ and in contrast, the nutritionally void foods to avoid. Discuss herbs and how they can help us heal from the inside out; offer a guide to supplements and how to get the best from them; and of course, review and debate topical issues that are hitting the headlines.

What you should know is that I I truly dislike diets and dieting and do not advocate either. I love food and I love eating with friends and family; a near impossible pastime to enjoy whilst on a restrictive eating regime. I simply believe in clean living using natural, organic products as much as possible; regular, enjoyable exercise, and keeping the treats as exactly that. That way, I enjoy and savour them so much more.

I’m really looking forward to sharing these things with you and hearing your thoughts, answering your questions and problem solving with you.

Love, Emma x
